Restoring purchases

Open the app, go to Settings, and under Purchases tap Restore purchases. This brings back anything bought with your Apple Account, on this device or another one.

Deleting your account and data

Signing in with Apple is optional; everything in the app works without it. If you have signed in, open Settings, and under Account you can:

  • Download my data, which sends you everything stored against your account, or
  • Delete account, which removes your account and everything stored with it on our servers. Your cards and your progress on this device are not affected; delete the app itself to remove those.

See the privacy policy for exactly what each option does.

Reporting a wrong or confusing card

During a study session, tap the flag icon in the top corner ("Report a problem"), pick what is wrong (a wrong answer, confusing wording, a typo, out-of-date content, a duplicate, or something else), add a note if you like, and submit. We review reports and use them to fix cards.

Requesting an exam

In the app's Library, search for the exam you want. If nothing matches, a "Request" button appears under the search, naming what you searched for; tap it to let us know. We use these requests to decide which exams to build next.

Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Supported devices

ExamQ needs iOS 17.0 or later.
